Lee Zhong Jie Joanzzie

Joanzzie is a multidisciplinary Singaporean artist whose work spans a diverse range of subjects. At present, she explores topics on cosmic entities and phenomena with the aim of better understanding their structures and the sentiments they evoke in viewers.

Inspired by popular media, films and internet culture aesthetics, Joanzzie uses materials ranging from projected videos to reflective surfaces in order to seek diverse ways of creating work. By incorporating these different elements into her work, she hopes to not only reimagine and reinterpret scientific facts, but also create abstract experiences for viewers to immerse themselves in.
