Dory Moses Phiri

Dory is a Malawi artist based in Singapore, graduating with a Diploma in Fine Arts from LASALLE College of the Arts. Her artworks explore different aspects of identity, ranging from the history of slavery to dealing with childhood trauma.

Using hair, African patterns, warm and cool colors and found materials, Dori questions what identity is and how we see ourselves in order to identify the way we do.
