如棋 (Gain and Lose)

A game of chess mirrors the game of life – disasters, wars, coups, betrayals and the sacrifce of freedom, conscience and compassion. A young prince plays the game of chess with his honourable father, the king, to succeed the throne and become the emperor. In the end, the king dies like an ordinary mortal in his last chess game, to be replaced by the new emperor, his son.
