After losing her son Wei Jie in a boat accident 10 years ago, Shu Wang is still in pursuit of the truth behind his disappearance. As she attempts to return to the island where she and Wei Jie were last seen on foot, Shu Wang encounters a mysterious man, Tim, who follows her around. When Tim discloses that he knows more than what appears, Shu Wang has to face her grief.
