Mind and matter: Fostering Singapore's creative vibrancy through arts and wellness
Singapore's arts and cultural scene has greatly improved since the National Arts Council's Renaissance City Plan (RCP) in 2000, 2004 and 2008. This plan aimed to boost creative vibrancy and promote the intersection of arts and health. The field of arts and wellness has emerged to help under-reached communities and Singapore's ageing population. The interdisciplinary approach has resulted in positive outcomes and highlights the importance of intersectionality in arts and wellness. However, there are still gaps in research to be explored. This paper aims to shed light on the intersectionality of arts and wellness and its potential to fill the gaps in research.
