Fiery Harvest is a video game script. It is of the interactive drama genre, where games are plot based and involve a series of choices throughout the story that vastly affects the outcome. It is heavily inspired by the stories and characters of Greek mythology, which were a huge inspiration to the author when he was growing up and a big reason for my love of the fantasy genre of fiction.

Fiery Harvest follows the protagonist’s journey of loss, healing and revenge through a period of burgeoning conflict and change. By constantly asking the players of this game, “What would you have done in these gods’ shoes?”, this game demonstrates the humaneness of these supposedly infallible gods and reflects upon what makes a god a god, prompting reflection on human nature itself as well.
