Amanda Tan Jia Chian

Amanda Tan Jia Chian has more than 10 years of professional training as a dancer and facilitator. She is graduating with a Diploma in Dance from LASALLE College of the Arts in 2023. Amanda has formal training in ballet, contemporary dance, rhythmic gymnastics, jazz, street dance, belly dance, Latin dance and Chinese traditional dance.

Prior to her journey at LASALLE, Amanda was a ballet assistant coach for five years in Malaysia and recently started choreographing and teaching contemporary dance and ballet classes in Singapore. Upon graduation, she looks forward to being a performer and inspiring teacher who is able to convey the beauty and knowledge of dance to the general public.
