Leonard Mikhail Bin Muhammad Aliff Apas (Mik)
Mik is an acoustic guitarist with seven years of performance experience under his belt. Wanting to explore the academic side of music, he chose to enrol in the Diploma in Music programme at LASALLE College of the Arts and will graduate in 2024.
As the lead guitarist in the local band Groovaloof, Mik is excited to share his love for music, which he has cultivated since he was only nine, to bring joy and wonder to his audiences.
Work
Mik has performed at Light to Night Festival (2019), ITE Vocal XChange (2017–2019), ITE Singer-Songwriter Showcase (2020–2023), Wild Rice’s Don’t Call Him Mr Mari Kita (2021 – 2022), Esplanade’s Come Together (2021), LASALLE Showcase (2022–2023) and Esplanade’s Popaholic (2023).
He was also blessed to perform in the Level 3 Final Music Recital for Muhammad Faisal in 2022 and for Syazwina, Muhammad Hairizzuan, Edlan Anaqi, Daniel Tay, Tsaqif Nurafian, Ethan Christopher Koh, Thaarun Thanigaivel and himself (Mik) in 2023.
