Deena Shaqinah

As a freelance production stage manager, Deena has a knack for motivating the people around her. Her love for all forms of live theatre makes her adaptable to anything outside her comfort zone.
 
Beyond cueing shows and creating schedules, Deena's passion lies in developing the local theatre scene. Her interest in nurturing emerging talents and understanding how to champion an inclusive space during the production process led her to pursue a BA (Hons) Arts Management degree at LASALLE College of the Arts. She hopes to eventually educate aspiring art managers and develop a working style in the arts that is both sustainable and compassionate.
