In Between: Heaven and Earth
In Between: Heaven and Earth S/S 25 explores Chinese culture and the cosmological beliefs reflected in traditional architecture.
The blueprints reveal how social and gender roles were organised within the family and how the architecture's symbolism connects to the divine. The collection uses these blueprints in pattern-cutting techniques and incorporates cosmological shapes.
