Nadia Iskandar

Nadia is a writer of speculative fiction and an emerging voice in games writing. She is graduating with an MA in Creative Writing from LASALLE College of the Arts. 

Nadia's work explores the porous borders between myth and technology, drawing on cultural traditions to reimagine stories for contemporary and future worlds. She has published short fiction in SAMPAN, and her current projects experiment with transmedia forms, where narrative can shift across page, screen and play. 

Fascinated by worldbuilding and the uncanny, Nadia’s writing often turns to the mythic and the speculative as ways to ask questions about memory, belonging and human connection.
