Beat and Heal
Beat and Heal is a music therapy centre for athletes designed around the concept of plasticity—the ability of the brain and body to adapt and heal.
The centre combines music therapy with a nutrition cafe, offering a holistic healing experience that supports emotional, cognitive and physical well-being through both therapy and tailored nutrition.
