Influencer marketing and the arts
This research paper will discuss a topic that has yet to be explored. Influencer marketing is a big thing in today’s digital day and age and it has been utilised by many businesses and companies, such as Daniel Wellington, Sudio, and even e-commerce platforms like Shopee, to help promote their products and/or services. Since influencer marketing seems to be one of the top marketing strategies today, this research aims to see how it can help artists and the arts. In this paper, the word “artists” will be an umbrella term encompassing the various genres of art; and how different social media platforms can work for different types of art.
