Shahid Bin Abdul Nasheer

BA(Hons) Acting
2017 — 2020

Shahid Bin Abdul Nasheer is an actor and aspiring movement artist. Before enrolling in the BA(Hons) Acting Programme at LASALLE College of the Arts, he studied Theatre Studies and Drama at Anglo-Chinese Junior College. His love for stagecraft, physical comedy and physical theatre was honed through multiple devised and adapted performances throughout his teenage years. Beyond acting, Shahid has a keen interest in theatre-making. Since starting youth collective The Callbacks in 2015, he has overseen the creation of four performances, both adapted and devised, which were staged at the Drama Centre Black Box. Shahid also has a passion for rap music: writing and mixing his own tracks, and sharing them with close friends is a hobby that he holds close to his heart.
