With experience in set construction, backstage coordination and the wide-ranging demands of technical theatre, Jeslynn excels at transforming concepts into practical, well-crafted designs through collaboration and problem-solving. She values clear communication and teamwork as essential elements of successful productions and approaches each challenge with patience, curiosity and a strong commitment to quality.

Outside the theatre, she finds inspiration in architecture, visual art and the textures and structures of everyday environments, continually seeking to broaden her artistic viewpoint. Her goal is to develop into a versatile theatre technician while contributing her skills to productions that affect her imagination, attention to detail and belief in the power of collectively experiencing performance.
