Kok Enling

Enling is an energetic Singaporean actress with a strong focus on physical theatre, stage combat and stunt performance.

Having trained in Mandarin theatre at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts before pursuing her BA (Hons) in Acting at LASALLE College of the Arts, Enling works in both English and Mandarin. She believes that storytelling is more than just words, as theatre is a also medium for physical and cultural expression.

With a background as a Muay Thai fighter and a strong passion for physical theatre pieces, Enling explores how one's body can become a primary storytelling tool where movement, rhythm and impact replace words. Her martial arts training shapes her approach to performance, giving her work a grounded intensity, precision and raw presence.

Enling is particularly interested in how combat techniques can inform character work, storytelling and stage dynamics, developing work that is both precise and instinctive.
