About
Xin Yin (pronounced similarly to "singing") is a bubbly and earnest performer, whose curiosity and ambition drive her towards her dreams. As part of her practice, she values cultivating a healthy and positive relationship with her body.
Since her childhood, Xin Yin has explored a variety of performing arts, from choral singing, piano and Chinese dance, to K-pop and aerial arts. She has also dabbled in contemporary dance, show choir and contortion.
Xin Yin first graduated with a Diploma in Performance from LASALLE College of the Arts before pursuing her degree in BA (Hons) Musical Theatre. Her education in LASALLE has fostered an interest in other areas of the performing arts, specifically theoretical research, hypermobility, devising, playwriting and songwriting.
She looks forward to fostering meaningful relationships with her peers and mentors outside of school.
