Bulnes Roque Eliseo Billena

Born in a small town of Lambunao, Iloilo, Philippines, singer-songwriter Roque was raised in Singapore by his mother and grandmother since he was 10 months old. He is known for his smooth guitar licks and solos, accompanied by soothing vocals. He writes songs hoping he will make people feel like they are falling in love for the first time and is deeply inspired by his love for R&B, neo-soul and funk.

Roque graduated from the Aerospace Engineering programme at ITE College Central but decided to follow his dreams and pursue his music career. He enrolled at LASALLE College of the Arts to learn more about his craft. Not long after, Roque became noticed by other artists and was asked to play concerts and shows. Soon after, he began performing at church services.

As Roque's love of singing coming from his family, he decided to mix the art of guitar and singing to write songs about romance. Heavily inspired by artists like Bruno Major, D'Angelo, Isaiah Sharkey and many Filipino artists, Roque is still on his own journey to find his own art.
