BLAH BLAH LAB

BLAH BLAH LAB is a lifestyle brand that helps individuals embark on a journey of self-discovery and emotional awareness. Inspired by a science lab that creates emotion monsters, the name "BLAH BLAH" encourages people to face their feelings and speak about them without fear. Through short animations, the brand empowers individuals to engage with their emotions and learn how to embrace or overcome them. It breaks the stereotype that emotional awareness must be serious—it can be fun for everyone!

RE:MEDY

RE:MEDY is a hybrid design intervention developed to resolve the 'Digital Detox Dilemma,' addressing the irony of relying on smartphone apps to stop smartphone addiction. Grounded in Self-Determination Theory, this project moves away from restrictive and screen-based tools that often lead to stress and user fatigue. By shifting the focus from the screen to the physical space, RE:MEDY helps users disconnect from constant notifications and doomscrolling to reclaim their time for self-reflection and intentional rest.
