Celestina Gimino is a photographer with experience across fashion, concert, lifestyle and street photography. Her interest in photography has allowed her to hone her technical skills in studio lighting while building her own creative identity. She has assisted many talented photographers on set including Michelle Watt for Vogue Scandinavia and Telescope Studios.
Celestina aspires to continue assisting photographers on set while deepening her understanding of the creative industry. Her work draws on personal experience, using fashion as a medium to explore themes of faith, identity and reflection. Her final-year project considers the relationship between secularity and spirituality, creating space for dialogue through visual storytelling.
The Way of Original Goodness
The Way of Original Goodness explores how fashion can be a tool for evangelisation that invites people back into the Catholic faith. At its core, the project highlights a conversation about the unity of secularity and spirituality.
These images bring audiences on a journey of reflection about their own spiritual journey to reconcile with past religious hurts and rediscover a relationship with their faith. When we uncover what beauty means to each of us, the underlying sentiment leads us to God, the first truth and goodness.

With every spiritual journey, many go through different stages as they learn to trust God's plan for a broken soul. The Way of Original Goodness guides readers through a state of reflection on our own brokenness and how God calls us to Him.
