As a budding creative director, Clare creates visual experiences rooted in storytelling, emotion and human connections.
Drawn to culture, fashion and new media, Clare is passionate about creating work that feels authentic and emotionally impactful. She aspires to create meaningful visuals and narratives which blend strategic thinking with visual storytelling, and leave a lasting impression.
As part of her final year projects, Clara developed integrated campaigns for Bloom, a hypothetical skincare brand and an industry project with Vans, combining creative direction with brand strategy and storytelling.
Bloom is a mock-up skincare brand created for Singaporeans, by a Singaporean. Established to fill the gap in the local skincare market, Bloom focuses on simple, beginner-friendly products tailored for hot and humid climates. The brand aims to make skincare approachable and accessible, helping everyday consumers build confidence through routines that do not hinder their lives.
Grounded in Vans’ roots in culture and self-expression, the campaign VANS: GRASSROOT CULTURES highlights how creative individuals come together through shared passions, values and innovation, transforming personal expression into collective experiences. By celebrating authentic voices and grassroots communities, the campaign reflects the sense of belonging and connection that is central to Vans’ identity.
VANS: GRASSROOT CULTURES
Outofmind is a home-based Neapolitan pizza created in Singapore by Ahmad, built on experimentation. He pushes the boundaries of traditional Neapolitan pizza with unexpected flavours such as kaya, zucchini and pumpkin, sparking curiosity and conversation, and cultivating a community.
Ahmad was chosen as the first profile for the Vans' campaign because he is not afraid of trial and error, creating new flavours that evoke curiosity and excite the taste buds.
VANS: GRASSROOT CULTURES
Krstn is a DJ rooted in Singapore’s underground dubstep music scene. Through independent nightclubs and grassroots events, she brings together strangers with similar interests and allows them to let loose from the uniformity society expects.
Krstn was chosen as the second profile because she fuels local culture from the ground up, allowing people to be unapologetically themselves.
