Jiang Luoyi Chloe

Chloe is a multidisciplinary creative working across fashion, image-making and moving image. Her practice is grounded in visual storytelling, exploring how identity, memory and emotion can be constructed and reinterpreted through styling, photography and narrative.

Working between commercial and artistic contexts, she is interested in the tension between image and intention—how visual language shifts across platforms and audiences. Alongside this, her experience creating social media content for fashion and lifestyle brands in Singapore has shaped her understanding of image circulation and contemporary visual culture.

Chloe's photographic work has been recognised by Vogue Photo, reflecting an ongoing exploration of image-making as both a personal and editorial practice. Her engagement with film extends this practice into time and movement. She has participated in and co-produced the short film The Voice of Silence, which was presented internationally and later distributed on CathayPlay. She has also contributed to content production for ART SG, engaging with art in a public and spatial context.

Chloe approaches fashion as a medium rather than an outcome—an evolving structure through which narratives can be constructed, deconstructed and experienced. Her work seeks a balance between control and intuition, where images remain open to interpretation.
