About

Mya’s creative journey began at the age of 12, rooted in the rich and storied cultural landscapes of Myanmar.

Graduating this year from LASALLE College of the Arts, her perspective has been sharpened by the vibrant multiculturalism of Singapore. This dual heritage serves as the foundation for a practice that is as deeply informed by tradition as it is driven by modern rebellion.

To Mya, heritage is not a static relic to be preserved. It is a living, breathing material to be disrupted and reworked. By looking through a distinct cultural lens, she adapts and experiments with existing narratives to build something entirely unprecedented.

Mya exists in the slipstream between 'the known' and 'the new', possessing a unique ability to translate complex conceptual ideas with high-velocity visual impact.

ELOWEN and VANS: WORN LOUD campaign

‘ELOWEN’
founded by MYA

Our journey is nomadic, fueled by a spirit of 'Mythic Realism' and an endless horizon of inspiration. ELOWEN exists at the intersection of the ethereal and the grounded—a place where the sharp lines of brutalist architecture meet the raw textures of the natural world.

ELOWEN creates timeless objects that live effortlessly between fashion and function, shaped by organic abstraction and architectural design. Every piece is crafted with a deep visual sensitivity, paying meticulous attention to form, texture and weight.

ELOWEN was not born from a desire to sell jewelry; it was born from a psychological necessity. It is a multidisciplinary project operating at the intersection of raw materiality, fine art, subculture, and cinematic world-building. We do not just design accessories—we forge physical anchors, releasing them into a carefully constructed, otherworldly universe.

VANS: WORN LOUD campaign

A 9-to-5 job might pay the bills, but the streeta provide resonance. Rouge is a testament to the creators who refuse to be put in a box.

Respecting the history of the movement while carving out her own lane, she uses the rattle of a spray can to drown out the noise of expectation.

In the silence of preparation, she finds her loudest voice.

Worn Loud explores the friction between social compliance and subcultural defiance. This exhibition showcases the unglamorous reality of passion—the discipline of the street artist and the grit of the hardcore musician. These are the people who keep doing, creating and falling, regardless of the stakes.

The campaign aims to shift the narrative of success. It is not found in meeting social expectations, but in the relentless pursuit of one’s own craft. By highlighting these underground voices, we invite the next generation to ignore the external noise and find their own rhythm.

Nothing is louder than being yourself.
