Some hold onto objects while others escape into small moments, like games. Some people collect small objects; while they may not be useful, they offer familiarity which provides them with a sense of comfort and control. Others may turn to games such as the Nintendo Switch, which offers a small escape from reality—a quiet space to pause.
For her, these items are not just collections. They are part of her daily life. Each one feels familiar, especially in a place where many things are ever-changing.
