ISOMETRIC - SERANGOON CTL RD

This project increases user inflow by linking NEX Mall, where pedestrian movement is fast, with nearby pause points.

Along this route, spaces are introduced to encourage slowing, stopping and staying, reducing overall movement speed. It also provides areas for commonly observed club activities and activates existing parking zones with event-based food truck programs, drawing attention and encouraging users to linger.
