Shao Han is a graduate of the Diploma in Design for Communication and Experiences programme at LASALLE College of the Arts. He is interested in bringing ideas to life through UI/UX design, photography and videography.
He is passionate about exploring and refining user interface flows, creating experiences that engage users and leaves a lasting impression. Whether crafting a website, an app or capturing moments through video editing, Shao Han continually pushes his creativity forward and creates with purpose.
Shao Han values the small details of design that can subtly shape people's experiences. It is not merely about aesthetics, but about finding the balance where everything feels just right. His goal is to craft products that are fulfilling and seamlessly integrate into people's daily lives.
Shao Han finds inspiration in the world around him and enjoys travelling to experience different cultures, which often informs his design choices. When he is not creating, he can found playing online video games—grinding for best gear in Monster Hunter, getting outplayed in souls-like games or 'malding' in Valorant. He is also a big fan of playing trading card games with his friends, including Cardfight! Vanguard and Magic: The Gathering.
Shao Han spends time learning languages in his free time, currently Japanese and Vietnamese.

Nexride is a reimagined all-purpose transport app. Whether the commuter wants to check schedules or top-up their accounts, everything can be done through this app.

This project reimagines the existing Baybeats brand through a web mockup using Figma.
The design theme 'where sound lives' uses sound waves as a key visual element, carrying the overall look and feel throughout the website and influencing other assets such as artist posters and merchandise.
