About

Naufal is an aspiring spatial designer based in Singapore who believes that meaningful outcomes take time, patience and a commitment to the process.

He values growth through exploration, often stepping into unfamiliar territory without prior knowledge, trusting that each experience—intentional or unexpected— contributes to who he becomes. To him, not everything needs an immediate purpose to be worthwhile; sometimes, the process of trying, learning and persisting is meaningful in itself.

Naufal is driven by the idea of working towards something he believes in and seeing it through until it becomes tangible. This mindset carries into both his personal and creative pursuits, where he constantly challenges himself to improve, adapt and remain open to new perspectives.

As a designer, he approaches his work with empathy. Interested in how design can shape everyday interactions and foster meaningful connections between people, he places himself in others’ perspectives to better understand their needs, behaviours and experiences, allowing him to create spaces that feel thoughtful and human.

Ultimately, Naufal sees design as an evolving process, one that is shaped by curiosity, patience and a willingness to keep moving forward.

Jalan Besar, King George Ave Blk 807

Lorong ilmu reimagines the void deck of a HDB block as a shared third space for younger and older generations.

It fosters reciprocal exchange through everyday activities and programmes, where both groups teach and learn from one another.

Open, interconnected spaces encourage casual encounters, transforming routine movement into opportunities for interaction, strengthening social bonds and continuous, informal learning.
