This project focuses on a high-density neighbourhood where seniors experience severe social isolation.
Field interviews reveal that, despite the large population, the area lacks spaces for entertainment and learning. Currently, the site is 'dormant', with residents trapped in repetitive loops, disconnected from the urban pulse.
The project aims to revitalise the area by injecting three programmes: learn, play and worship. It uses the original corner formed by two immovable walls as an anchor for a 45-degree diagonal growth strategy. The design integrates a fitness zone, a digital lab and memorial galleries.
This system transforms the stagnant structure into a dynamic hub, empowering seniors to reclaim their social roles and embrace a 'second spring'.
